Slimming world pasta bolognaise

This one is our family favourite, nice and quick and tastes delicious. I am not really creative when it comes to cooking but I thought it may be helpful to do my own quick recipes so.

Ingredients;

  • 5% beef mince
  • Chopped Onion
  • Chopped/ crushed Garlic
  • 3 oxo cubes and a cup of boiling water
  • 500g tin of chopped tomatoes
  • Mixed spices
  • Worchester sauce

Using fry light, fry the chopped onion and garlic for a few minutes and then add the mince beef. Once browned add the tin of chopped tomatoes. Then crush the 3 Oxo cubes into a cup and mix with boiling hot water and pour into the pan. Add a splash of Worchester sauce and a pinch of mixed spices and allow to cook down so the bolognaise sauce thickens. Cook your pasta or spegetti and VOILA nice and easy.
