My 2018 resolution to lose weight and to get fit.
I have always been a slim person, I used to be able to eat anything and not put on a single a pound. I have followed slimming world before and used to attend group, however, this time I will be following it at home. I know slimming world works because I have reached my target before. Also this year I am going to be realistic about my goals and not expect it to happen quickly, I reckon it will take about 4-6 months.
2017 has not been good food wise for me, I have suffered awful with my mental health and my response to it as well as therapy has been food. But not just 1 chocolate I would eat the whole tub and then a big packet of toffee popcorn. I have reverted back to sugar in my Tea. I know if I just cut out all the snacky crap foods and go back to sweeteners that would make a massive impact on my journey too.
I am also going to get fit this year and will be starting my beloved 30-day-shred DVD tomorrow as well as running on the treadmill, I hate exercise but I need to do it my ass is so wobbly that my butt cheeks slap together when I run upstairs.
When you eat crap you feel crap and I feel amazing when I eat properly. I am not a moody cow and I wake up in a good mood instead of feeling like a zombie and feeling utterly grouchy, I also feel sluggish all day and I hate it and I honestly think this has had a massive impact on my mental health and is the reason I have eaten soo much crap this year. I feel like I have really let myself go and I need to gain back my control.
So if you want to Join me on my journey and make it OUR journey then please get in touch, anyone who knows me knows that when I want something so badly I do not stop till I get it and I REALLY want this.
Good Luck everyone
Here are some quick and easy meals I have made myself that are slimming world friendly Click here
Anyone who knows me will know just how much I love cleaning products and appliances, I find it very therapeutic vacuuming and making things clean there is nothing more satisfying than a clean home, so when I was asked if I wanted to review the Shark Klik n Flip pocket mop I obviously jumped at the chance.
In the box you will receive:
2 Dirt grip pads
1 Filling flask
Quick start guide
This product is very easy to assemble as it all clicks into place, it is lightweight and has a long 8-metre lead so you don’t have to keep swapping plugs. Once you have put this cleaning machine together and filled the water reservoir to the maximum line, just press the power button on the front and it will light up blue it also heats up nice and quick so you aren’t waiting around for it to get to temperature. There are 3 settings 1(low), 2(medium) and 3(high) depending on the type of clean you are wanting to do, then you can flip the mop and there is a steam blast mode which is brilliant to directly target stubborn marks and you can carry on moping whilst the steam is blasting, It’s really cool.
When I have used other brands in the past my floors have never looked cleaned after I had steamed them and looked like they were covered in smears. I have laminate flooring downstairs in my house and when I have cleaned my floors using this one they look blooming amazing, they are clean and smell clean with no smear marks and I love how this steam mop dries the floor quickly so you aren’t waiting forever for them to dry and it is a dream to manoeuvre around furniture and corners. I have 3 young children and a puppy called Rosie so our floors don’t stay clean for long but that’s fine by me now because I find any excuse to get my Shark out.
When you are finished there is a button located on the back of the unit, press that then the mop will open up at the bottom releasing the dirt grip pad so you do not have to touch it and you can put the spare straight on by sitting the mop on top of it and it will slide into place.
Now the one and only thing shark could have done to improve this magnificent product is to make it stand up on its own for easy storage because you can only store it upright when you lean it against a wall. However, this is so minor compared to how good this machine is.
I will be uploading a video in the next few days of my steam mop in action for you all, so please make sure to come back if you are interested.

Lottie Muddy Puddles Doll
We were kindly sent a Muddy Puddles Lottie doll to review for Emily, she chose this dolly because jumping in muddy puddles is what Emily loves to do the most.
When Lottie was delivered and I had taken her box out of the packaging, I was drawn instantly by the illustrations. On the front, as you can see there is a rainbow one side, and on the other side, there is a black rain cloud with the suns face appearing just above it with gleaming rays. You can also see the little ducks at the bottom and some beautiful flowers.
On the back of the box, There is a cloud picture which allows you to write whoever you are buying/gifting her too and a short paragraph telling you about how much she loves being outdoors and muddle puddles.
Lottie stands 18cm tall and is dressed in age-appropriate clothes. The quality of her clothing is lovely, you can tell straight away that this little lady has been made with a lot of love and care, the quality of her clothes, face and hair is perfect, she doesn’t look cheap or nasty in any way.
Lottie has long blonde hair and is wearing blue and white striped Leggins, she has knee-length corded shorts with 2 pink buttons she wears over the top of leggings. She is wearing yellow polka dot wellie-boots with cute little bows on the back and a white t-shirt with a rainbow picture on the front with a yellow hooded rain jacket on.
Here are a few photo’s to show you how good the quality really is
Lottie is an Award winner for positive role model with her age appropriate body shape. She also has no makeup on or wears high heel shoes.
Emily has really enjoyed playing with this doll and what makes it even better is that she has a child’s body frame, she wears NO makeup and is dressed in children’s clothes. Muddy puddle Lottie and Emily wear the same style of clothes which makes Milly love her even more, She has already asked for another one.
You can buy Lottie here for £18.99
